We are open to submissions to the themed poetry slots until November 25 – and if submitting for these, please mark your submission as themed Post or Gender.

All poetry submissions should be 40 lines maximum and previously unpublished.
The usual submission guidelines and methods apply as can be found at: http://www.bemagazine.co.uk/submission-guidelines/ .

Theme 1: Post
We want to read your poems on the theme of post – be that interpreted as mail, deliveries, fences, railings, the first/last post, post-something happening. We are open to as wide an interpretation of this word as you feel inspired to give us.

Theme 2: Gender
“Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus.” JOHN GRAY,
We’d like your response to this quotation. Maybe you’ll focus on gender or love or planetary influences. Let you imagination go.

In addition Be: Magazine are also open to submissions for short stories, prose and articles. Please visit the website for more information.
